How will you make an impact?

  • You will deliver outstanding customer service for some of the largest global enterprise clients for the Google Marketing Platform.
  • You will work primarily with Digital Analytics and provide support for all types of clients.
  • You will work in tandem with your highly experienced Trakken colleagues in the Google Marketing Platform Specialist Team when solving complex issues.
  • You will work with Google’s technical support team for resolving bugs and filing feature requests.
  • You will keep up to date with the latest Google Marketing Platform product developments.
  • You will actively participate in the further development of documentation (Knowledge hub), and internal processes to help increase the performance and productivity of your team.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with Analytics Consultants and benefit from great career development opportunities at Trakken.


The person we’re looking for….

  • Someone with drive, proactivity and strong execution skills whilst working autonomously.
  • Has fluent written / spoken communication skills in English and Spanish. German is a big plus.
  • Strong experience with Google Analytics is a must
  • Has strong GTM knowledge
  • Has good knowledge of reporting in Google Analytics as well as linking tools, creating Segments and creating Properties, Views and Filters.
  • Knows how to work with cross Platform Reports, especially how to read CM360, DV360 and Ads Reports in GA.
  • Shows the ability to learn and stay up to date with the continuous tool improvements and updates.
  • You are generally highly interested in Digital Analytics, Ad Technology and data-driven marketing - that’s important!
