Who you are...
You understand the requirements of e-commerce clients and plan their testing roadmaps and personalization campaigns together with them
You analyse landing pages regarding aspects of UX and usability through the eyes of an expert and generate data driven insights
Testing ideas and kpi oriented hypothesis are your passion
You can handle projects responsibly from implementation to realisation of A/B tests, not only to increase conversions but also to keep your colleagues and our clients happy.
All your work is backed up by clear reporting and stastically solid interpretation of test results
The person we are looking for...
has a university degree and is doing something related to media (motivation trumps university degree)
is passionate about conversion optimisation
ideally is not afraid of working with Java-Script, CSS and HTML
is familiar with well-established testing tools (like Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target etc.)
is a storyteller and teamplayer and loves to learn about new topics
Has native-like written / spoken communication skills in English and Spanish; German is a big plus
