You will gain insights into the Google Cloud & Marketing Platform and work with state-of-the-art tools and high-performing teams. As an Account Manager you will ensure customer satisfaction and foster business growth through strong account management and exceptional customer service.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of key accounts and build strong client relationships
Ensuring successful execution of client projects, meeting deadlines and satisfying client needs
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customer challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
Providing regular updates to clients on project progress and address any issues that arise
Collecting and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and increase customer satisfaction
Keeping up to date with the latest industry trends to give our clients the best consulting experience
The person we are looking for…
Has solid experience in account management in the tech and digital marketing industry
Has a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Has strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
Is highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Excels as a self-starter and is driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations
Is an excellent communicator in fluent English (German is a plus)
