Who you can become with us…
You will gain insights into the Google Cloud & Marketing Platform and work with state-of-the-art tools and high-performing teams. As a Strategic Account Management Lead you will drive growth, manage key accounts, and foster long-term relationships with clients.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
Guiding and developing a team of Account Managers to support their individual growth and help them achieve business goals
Developing and implementing a strategic account plan for key clients to drive growth and increase customer satisfaction
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met
Analyzing client data and provide insights to drive growth
Providing regular updates to senior management on the performance of key accounts
Collaborating with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
Developing and implementing best practices for account management to ensure consistency and quality of service delivery
The person we are looking for…
Has a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with a focus on tech and digital marketing
Has proven experience in strategic client leadership and management and driving growth in a digital marketing or technology-focused environment
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table
Has excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations
Is an excellent communicator in fluent English (German is a plus)
