• Unleash your creativity as you conceptualize, organize, and orchestrate captivating event formats tailored to our target audience.
  
• You will take charge of our dynamic online presence by curating our career pages, driving a modern end-to-end recruiting process, crafting compelling job ads and role profiles, conducting proactive sourcing, and leading engaging interviews.
  
• Be a digital pioneer, exploring innovative recruitment channels and actively participating in communication efforts through our online platforms, such as thought-provoking blog posts
  
• Steer our collaboration with external talent partners and unleash their full potential.

• You have extensive professional experience in recruiting, ideally within the startup or tech scene or a corporate environment, and you thrive on the idea of finding the "Perfect Match".
