How will you make an impact?
As the TRKKN UK Operations Director you will be responsible for supporting the TRKKN UK team, and in particular the Head of TRKKN UK, to operate effectively. It will be your responsibility to design and oversee: processes for effective and uniform business management, promotional material to support TRKKN new business, and monitoring project delivery to support income generation.
Tasks will include:
Taking proactive responsibility for supporting consistent, standardised operations within TRKKN UK
Working with TRKKN specialists to support project scoping, design, and delivery for client projects
Design and/or ensure delivery of key processes within TRKKN UK to support new business management, financial compliance, and marketing
Interact with TRKKN specialist teams as well as wider OMG specialists to understand TRKKN capabilities and positioning.
Responsibilities:
- New business support:
- Working with relevant TRKKN specialists, develop project proposals including deliverables, timings, and costs. Ensure consistency between project proposals
- Generating reseller quotes, with adherence to pricing guidelines
- Client project delivery oversight: Working with relevant TRKKN specialists, monitor progress of live projects vs plans and proactively work to resolve issues
- Commercial administration
- Responsible for creating or maintaining documentation on commercial and contractual processes
- Responsible for ensuring contract creation / storage processes adhered
- Ensuring completion of monthly revenue reporting and forecasting tasks, and supporting HoT UK in reviewing commercial status
- Develop understanding of relevant TRKKN network processes and supporting UK alignment where required
- Marketing
- Working with OMG Marketing & TRKKN UK to ensure regular output of thought leadership material (trade press, conferences, etc)
- Working with TRKKN UK specialists, be responsible for TRKKN UK case study creation
- Liaising with Product Marketing to ensure TRKKN offerings correctly represented in wider OMG materials
- Working with OMG Marketing & TRKKN UK to ensure regular output of thought leadership material (trade press, conferences, etc)
- Product process development and documentation
- Creation of necessary documentation for any TRKKN UK products
- Aligning with TRKKN network on processes for briefing, overseeing, and delivering central product projects
- Creation of necessary documentation for any TRKKN UK products
- Supporting localisation of central TRKKN collateral as required
- Supporting TRKKN UK relationship with Google, with responsibility to monitor and proactively progress mutually agreed projects
- Creation as required of any additional TRKKN UK documentation to support effective operation
The person we are looking for...
Possesses in-depth knowledge of the digital marketing industry based on years of experience, as well as good awareness of the Google Marketing Platform (3+ years)
Has a proven track record of working with the Google Marketing Platform and understanding its best practices and how to apply these to develop proposals for clients
Has proven experience in project management and internal process document creation
Is confident in interacting with clients and colleagues and have proven experience in client management
Is self-motivated and proactive, experienced in taking on responsibility and keen to develop their career with TRKKN
Possesses excellent communication skills
