As a Recruiting Manager, you ensure that applicants at TRKKN go through a smooth and appreciative application process. You're not just great at organizing. You also know where our talents of tomorrow can be found and bring fresh ideas on how we as an employer can get into the minds of future TRKKIES. The position is a temporary position for one year.
As a trusted point of contact for applicants, you support the entire hiring process, from the first contact to seamless onboarding.
You take responsibility for our dynamic online presence by maintaining our career pages, driving a modern, continuous recruiting process, creating compelling job postings and role profiles, engaging in active sourcing, and conducting exciting interviews.
You work closely with our hiring manager teams, providing valuable insights and expertise on cross-functional recruiting topics.
Additionally, you are open to thinking outside the box and enjoy connecting within the Omnicom network, seeking new ideas even beyond the corporate group.
You can also get involved in exciting projects in university-marketing and Employer Branding
The person we are looking for:
Has initial professional experience through a comparable role in recruiting or a personnel consultancy, ideally in the startup or tech scene or in a corporate environment.
Continuously questions the status quo and strives to constantly improve our recruiting processes and strategies to find our "perfect match."
Is passionate about a highly dynamic online marketing environment and can inspire others with their enthusiasm.
Possesses a pronounced hands-on mentality and is eager to take on responsibility.
Communicates confidently and convincingly in both German and English.
