Within TRKKN's conversion optimisation (CRO) services, we offer:

The Role
As the Head of Optimisation, you will play a pivotal role in establishing TRKKN's conversion rate optimisation (CRO), UX, and personalisation practice in the UK market. You will be responsible for developing a strong go-to-market offering, working closely with technology and agency partners, and delivering on our ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their business objectives and identify opportunities for conversion improvement.
Develop a strong go-to-market offering for TRKKN’s capabilities, in line with the latest innovations and partners in the UK market.
Develop and implement comprehensive conversion optimization programs aligned with client needs and industry best practices.
Collaborate with other teams, such as our global TRKKN CRO team, client-side web development and marketing, to ensure successful implementation of CRO initiatives.
Track and measure the performance of CRO efforts and report results to clients.
Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to clients.
Establish and grow our Conversion Optimisation team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date on the latest CRO trends, tools, and techniques.
Qualifications
Strong experience in conversion optimisation (CRO), delivering successful outcomes for enterprise clients.
In-depth knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, user experience (UX) principles, and conversion optimisation techniques.
Strong understanding of digital analytics and data interpretation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for driving business growth through data-driven CRO strategies.
