The Role
As a Google Marketing Platform Solutions Consultant, you will support clients in scoping and implementing advanced marketing use cases using the cutting-edge technology featured in Google Analytics (GA4) and GMP. Your expertise will help drive better marketing outcomes for our clients by becoming their trusted data, technology, and measurement partner. You will work closely with our clients, media agencies, our partners at Google, and our expert specialists in Digital Analytics, Ad Tech, Conversion Optimisation and Cloud.
Responsibilities
Solution Design:
Deliver client-facing audits and workshops to interrogate client challenges, identifying opportunities to improve marketing performance with TRKKN solutions.
Identify and define marketing use cases that can be addressed using GA4 and GMP technologies.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution design and architecture.
Client Engagement:
Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, challenges, and requirements.
Be a trusted expert and partner for clients in their digital maturity roadmap.
Regular and proactive communication to update internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to enhance their understanding and usage of GA4 and GMP features.
Communicate the benefits of the technology around the marketing and business outcomes.
Keep your clients informed of key market updates & Google product news.
Implementation:
Lead the implementation of GA4 and GMP solutions, collaborating with client-side contacts, media buying teams, Google, and our subject matter experts.
Oversee analysis and measurement of your delivered solutions, report on the impact, and make recommendations for improvement and optimisation.
Product Innovation:
Collaborate with internal specialist teams to develop new solutions for clients.
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital media technology trends and technologies, and evaluate how they can be applied to client challenges.
Collaborate with our partners at Google to understand their product roadmap, considering how new and upcoming products could benefit our clients.
With support from our Marketing and Design teams, develop marketing content such as blog posts and case studies that showcase your expertise and success on advanced client projects.
Qualifications

Technical Skills:
Certifications in GMP products, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, and BigQuery.
Strong understanding of the best practices and data integration features across GMP products.

Experience:
Proven track record of delivering technical projects for marketing use cases, such as GA4 migration, server-side tagging, audience activations, value-based bidding, offline data imports, and/or customer data platform (CDP) implementation.
Experience in developing and documenting technical solutions for customers or stakeholders.
Familiarity with measurement methodologies such as causal impact analysis and geo experiments for isolating incremental value.

Communication and Project Management:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proven experience in managing multiple projects and delivering results within deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Excellent client service mindset: proactive, clear, collaborative, and focussed on value.
