How you will make an impact:
This is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a technical background across digital data collection technologies to develop. This position has 3 core pillars: tag implementation and management, development of technical solution design documentation and quality assurance of data collection across browsers and apps. We are looking for someone that is courageous, challenges the norm and follows our team's belief that “anything is possible”.
- Implement digital analytics and media tags in a tag management system across web environments
- Prioritise timely delivery of all tasks using a service desk model
- Translate solution design documentation into requirements into technical implementation documentation for web and app solutions
- Supporting delivery of large-scale web and app digital analytics implementations
- Implement tags for 3rd party media platforms used for search, display, social and affiliate channels
- Help with the development and review of technical documentation
- QA data and analytics platforms to continuously driving improvement and optimising data flows
- Support developing data connections across technology stacks Google, Adobe, Facebook, and Salesforce
- Identify, diagnose and troubleshoot data quality and site tagging issues
- Adhere to the unified product approach, methodology, marketing collateral and training (as set by the Head of Product)
- Be on top of the latest analytics, mobile application and browser technology trends
- Perform best practice analytics and tag management platform audits
- Configure dashboards and custom reports to specification
The person we are looking for...
- Has minimum of 2 years in a technical role working across digital analytics, ad operations, programmatic or martech.
- Understands front-end web development languages (JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, React)
- Has excellent communication skills - being able to both interpret and convey information in a clear, concise way.
- Is willing to take on unprecedented challenges and be adaptable to a rapidly changing environment
- Has expert knowledge of digital privacy standards and the changing digital data collection landscape
- Is a self-starter, highly motivated to excel without minimal supervision
Nice to have:
- Experience with Google Analytics. Universal Analytics, GA4 or Google Firebase
- Hands on experience developing measurement plans, data layers and implementing digital tagging strategies using GTM, Adobe Launch, Ensighten or Telium or any other TMS.
- Understand data concepts of digital media platforms (Google Marketing Platform, Facebook, Ads Data Hub)
- Awareness of other digital disciplines (SEO, PPC, Programmatic, Multi-touch Attribution, etc.).
