How you will make an impact:
We're looking for a motivated Platform Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Barcelona team, focusing on technical support for the Google Marketing Platform. Your expertise will be key in providing top-tier technical support to some of the largest global enterprise clients for the Google Marketing Platform.
Your key responsibilities will include:
You work primarily with Google Digital Analytics Platforms and provide support for all types of clients through our ticket system, ad-hoc workforces, and in long-term projects.
You assist and advise clients with their technical setups as well as provide guidance and training when needed.
Your tasks include technical QA and troubleshooting for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and more. You understand attribution, reporting, and discrepancies between tools.
You work in tandem with your highly experienced TRKKN colleagues in the Google Marketing Platform Specialist team when solving complex issues e. g. with our Analytics Consultants.
You keep up to date with the latest developments in Google Marketing Platform products.
You actively participate in the further development of documentation (knowledge hub) and internal processes to help increase the performance and productivity of your team.
The person we are looking for...
- Is highly interested in Digital Analytics, Ad Technology, and data-driven marketing.
Has drive, proactivity, and strong execution skills, whilst working autonomously.
Is fluent in written and spoken English (min. B2).
Is proficient and experienced in Google Analytics, with expertise in audience creation, attribution modeling, and configuring reporting identities.
Has strong GTM and dataLayers knowledge and is able to create and understand tags, triggers, and variables.
Is skilled in understanding and explaining insightful reports to analyze user behavior and campaign performance.
Has a deep understanding of browser Developer Tools (console, network calls, cookies, etc.)
Knows how to work with cross-platform reports, especially how to read CM360, DV360, SA360, and Ads Reports in GA.
Shows the ability to learn and stay up to date with continuous tool improvements and updates.
Nice to have:
Understanding of the AdTech tools: CM360, DV360, SA360, and Google Ads
Familiarity with Google Cloud computing and Server-side tagging
Familiarity with Google AdManager (GAM360 / GAM MCM)
Acquainted with the latest privacy regulations changes and Consent Mode
Knowledge in App-tracking
Written/spoken communication skills in Spanish (min. B1)
