How will you make an impact:
Are you a numbers enthusiast with a knack for precision and a passion for financial clarity? We are looking for a motivated Commercial & Billing Assistant (f/m/d) to join our dynamic team on a 2-year fixed-term contract.. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our financial operations—bridging the gap between meticulous data management and strategic commercial support. Your key responsibilities will include:
Billing:
Preparatory accounting tasks
Data maintenance for billing (master data creation, Salesforce)
Spreadsheet management and complex calculations
Creating and distributing client reports
Dunning and accounts receivable management
Independent handling of various administrative tasks
Close collaboration within the billing team, including regular communication and a good sense of humor
Commercial Management:
Preparing and supporting Department Leads and international MDs with financial planning
Monitoring and optimizing intercompany billing processes
Assisting in maintaining and improving data quality within the CRM system
Setting up and expanding dashboards and KPIs for comprehensive evaluation and decision-making
The person we are looking for...
Has ideally previous professional experience (min. 1+ years) in a comparable role.
Is proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace (specifically advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills).
Has an analytical mindset with a high affinity for numbers and a critical way of thinking.
Is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken German and English skills (min. C1).
Acts with an independent, solution-oriented, and proactive approach, combined with a precise and structured way of working.
Has a strong sense of quality, high attention to detail, and accuracy.
Is a team player who remains resilient under pressure and stays flexible in a dynamic environment.
