We appreciate a structured CV and like it when you tell us exactly what you can and want to do.
In addition to learning about your skills & know-how, we’re really looking forward to discovering what gets you excited and out of bed in the morning.
Step 2 - We have a look at your CV
Our Recruiting Team takes a closer look at your CV and will discuss it with the responsible department.
Step 3 - Screening Interview
We enjoy nothing more than meeting with candidates. For the first meeting we will invite you to a virtual call. Come prepared with all of your questions, and of course we have some questions for you too.
Step 4 - Competence Check Interview
We want to provide you with the opportunity to show off your skills and for us to communicate our expectations
Step 5 - Case and / or Team Interview
For some of our positions you will receive a case in advance to prepare for the interview. Furthermore, you will meet your team.
Step 6 - Final Interview
Here you will meet one of our managing directors. In the best case scenario we’ll get together and look forward to you joining the TRKKN family.
