How will you make an impact:
We are seeking an exceptionally motivated and skilled Strategic Growth Manager to join our team. This role, centered around the EMEA region, will be instrumental in steering growth initiatives and opportunities, both with and for our clients. Your responsibilities include developing and extending client relationships, as well as identifying business opportunities to enhance growth and profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and nurturing relationships with clients in the EMEA region while proactively pursuing growth opportunities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customer challenges, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering an outstanding consulting experience.
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
Conducting regular project status meetings, providing updates to executive management.
Crafting compelling pitch decks and customized approaches to showcase our offerings to potential clients.
Coordinating pre-contractual requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation and processes are in place.
Collecting and analyzing customer data to identify cross and upsell opportunities for improvement.
The person we are looking for…
Possesses substantial experience in business development, customer acquisition, and agency engagement within the tech and digital marketing industry.
Has a proven track record of success in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building robust relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Has strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
Has gained initial experience in coordinating and steering cross-functional projects and/or in the fields of business development, digital analytics, data science, or similar.
Is highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Excels as a self-starter, driven to continuously improve and exceed customer expectations.
Is an excellent communicator in fluent English, and proficiency in German is a plus.
