Who you can become with us…
You will gain insights into the Google Cloud & Google Marketing Platform and work with state-of-the-art tools and high-performing teams. As a Key Account Manager you will ensure customer satisfaction and foster business growth through strong account management and exceptional customer service.
Specifically you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio of large accounts and building strong client relationships
Ensuring successful execution of client projects, meeting deadlines and satisfying client needs
Analyzing accounts and conducting business reviews, building strategic roadmaps and identifying new opportunities to enhance digital maturity
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to customer challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborating with external tech partners
The person we are looking for…
- has worked 2-3 years in the digital advertising industry, ideally within an agency or tech company setting
- possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- has knowledge of Google advertising products (Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics) and Google Cloud
- brings strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities
- Is an excellent communicator in fluent English, German and/or Spanish is a plus
